Thank you for shopping with The Beaded Speechie! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time

Each lanyard is handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your personalized lanyard to be created before it ships.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

At this time, The Beaded Speechie ships within the United States only.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging (if applicable), and I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
