Refund & Return Policy

Because every lanyard is handcrafted and personalized to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me at clatch@thebeadedspeechie.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item and packaging (if applicable)

I'll work with you to make it right, which may include replacing your item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
