Hi, I'm Shannon — The Beaded Speechie.

I'm so glad you're here! 

About me: I am married, have 2 children and 2 dogs.  I love music, cooking, and being with the people I love.  I am also a breast cancer survivor (8 years cancer free!). I've been a speech pathologist for over 25 years.  For the last 3 of those years, I've been working as a school based SLP and just love it! Everyday I witness people pouring their hearts and souls into the lives of children.  I ordered my first custom lanyard not long after starting my school job- they were just too cute not to have one!

Last year, since I love lanyards so much, I decided to try making a few as gifts for some of my children's teachers. I decked them out with each teacher's school colors. They were so fun to customize! And who doesn't like to sport gear with their school colors?
